Success Stories

Event Registrations Make a Splash

The City of Rupert and Tri-Cities Recreation team took Tyler’s Low Code/No Code platform to new heights by launching a full-featured recreation registration service. This summer hundreds of residents registered for swim lessons and this fall, kids registered for youth cheer, flag football, soccer, and volleyball. I am proud of my team and how they help large and small public entities achieve their e-gov goals with our Low Code/No Code platform. If the Tri-Cities can get this creative and productive, imagine what this can you do for your organization. Feel free to contact us to learn about their story and how it can help you.

New Invoice Payment Portal

Serving approximately 3,100 water users with over 500 miles of canals, laterals, and drainage systems, the Minidoka Irrigation District is one of the oldest projects in the US and needed an easy, low-maintenance way for users to pay online. Using Tyler Idaho’s Engagement Builder platform, we created a simple invoice payment portal that allows staff to upload CSV or Excel files from a back-office database to create a secure online payment experience. Users enter their account number to review and pay full or partial balances. Small and midsized public entities can reuse this platform to create a payment portal without IT staff and expensive back-end integration.

Are You Ready for WCAG 2.1?

Under the ADA, all government websites must meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards for web content and mobile apps by April 24, 2026, to avoid compliance risks. More importantly, this ensures your website serves every Idahoan effectively. Navigating the WCAG 2.1 AA compliance standards can be complex. Tyler Idaho’s creative team can help.

Tyler Idaho’s creative team can:

  • Identify and fix accessibility issues
  • Audit and analyze your current compliance reports (e.g., Site improve)
  • Provide manual compliance reports
  • Deliver prioritized remediation plans

Feel free to contact us to discuss your website’s needs, plus learn about the ITS Citizen Engagement Fund that may help fund any fixes to your site.
