A New Place to Access Information
We recently launched our new Access Idaho website at accessidaho.org to provide one location for information on all our payment processing applications, custom applications and enterprise applications available at no charge to you. The new site highlights who we are, how we operate and what we offer to all government entities in the Gem State.
The website features our newsletters (like this one), as well as press releases, so you’re always informed about the latest trends, improvements, services, etc., regarding Access Idaho.
Be on the look-out for future enhancements, such as video trainings on topics like PayPort reports, TPE reports, saving your passwords, and more.

Are Your Customers Asking How to Schedule Payments?
Our Scheduled Payments application allows your customers to make future one-time or recurring payments online. The online service enables them to store their credit card and/or e-check information in our secure environment. Customers can choose from a variety of payments frequencies: one-time, weekly, every other week, once a month, quarterly, twice a year, or yearly. As with our other applications, all funds are deposited into your bank account electronically, and the reporting posts in our billing system (TPE). Scheduled Payments is a great option if you who have customers who are in arrears, “snowbirds” who want to set up monthly payments while gone for the winter, or anyone who wants to “set it and forget it.”
Contact us with any questions you have or visit accessidaho.org to learn more.

A Spotlight on the Department of Labor
The Department of Labor has been using Access Idaho’s applications since 2010. As one of the agencies that has been using Access Idaho the longest, they leverage several of our applications to improve their processes and efficiencies. They began with using PayPort, as many of our customers do, then branched out to Scheduled Payments, Prompt Pay and our Payment Engine. They also use our enterprise application Gov2Go.
As with all our state and local partners, we value our relationship with the Department of Labor and are grateful that we can offer innovative transactional and non-transactional solutions to help serve their constituents better.

How to Find and Print a Receipt in PayPort
Printing extra receipts from PayPort is easy! Just log in and click on the ‘Lookup Transaction’ link on the left side of the page. From there, use the date selection tool to look up your transaction. Once you find the transaction, click the ‘Receipt’ link on the right side of the page and print.
If you don’t have the ‘Lookup Transaction’ link, you can also find the receipts under the ‘Daily Report’ button at the top of the page. Again, just use the date selection tool to locate your transaction and click the ‘Receipt’ link.
