Q: I want to change the email address tied to my renewal account

Contact the Idaho State Bar at https://laserfiche.isb.idaho.gov/Forms/LicInviteRequest to update the email address on file.

After you complete and submit the form above, within 8 business hours you will receive an email confirming your account has been updated. You may have to log out and back in to https://id.accessgov.com/isb-renewals/, click "Log in to Start Form" button, and login with your newly created account to move through the renewal process.

Q: I didn't get my verification code when creating a new account

If the codes are not in your junk or spam folders, the emails might be being blocked by your email administrator. You will need to verify that they are allowing emails from msonlineservicesteam@microsoftonline.com. It will say it’s from Microsoft on behalf of AccessGov.

We can also tie the member numbers to a different email address. Other attorneys who have run into this issue with their corporate email accounts have used their Gmail accounts or other personal accounts. To do this, please submit an Update Email form.

Q: I see a "No Member ID was found..." error after I created my account

If you see this error, the email we have associated with your account and member ID in the renewal system is not the same as the one you used to create the account with.

To correct this, please submit an Update Email form and make sure to enter the email address that you created your account with. Once we have updated the system, you will receive an email notifying you.

Now, you can go back to https://id.accessgov.com/isb-renewals/ and refresh or log back into the system to complete your renewal.

If you are still having problems proceeding and you see open renewals in the left side "My Forms" column, please click delete on any open renewals you may have previously started.

Q: I see an error that a user with the specified ID already exists when I try to create an account.

You are seeing this error because an account with that email address has already been created. If you need to reset your password and log-in, go to https://id.accessgov.com/isb-renewals and click the Log In button at the top right. To reset your Password, click the Forgot your password? link.

You can request a paper copy by emailing licensing@isb.idaho.gov and providing the full address you want the paper application mailed to.
