Q: I want to change the email address tied to my account

Contact the Idaho State Bar at isbwebsite@isb.idaho.gov to update the email address on file

Q: I see an error that a user with the specified ID already exists when I try to create an account.

You are seeing this error because an account with that email address has already been created. If you need to reset your password and log-in, go to https://id.accessgov.com/isb-renewals and click the Log In button at the top right. To reset your Password, click the Forgot your password? link.
